Our upgrade policy is that all major upgrades are free within first 12 months from purchase. Since QueueExplorer 5.0 is released on February 26th 2023, all purchases on or after February 26th 2022 can upgrade to QueueExplorer 5.0 free of charge. For these users existing license files will just continue to work with new version.
